Lily G. Casura is a HotDocs® and Time Matters® Certified Independent Consultant ("CIC"), with an honors degree from Harvard University, and 20 years' experience in U.S. law firms coast to coast.  Her specialty is automating law firms' documents for maximum efficiency, and integrating that, wherever possible, with the data law firms already track for their clients -- whether that data is in Time Matters, Outlook, or an Access database.  Lily is a frequent CLE speaker and periodically publishes articles on technology in the law office.

In addition to consulting and training in HotDocs and Time Matters for her clients, Lily also has created loan closing packages in HotDocs for the SBA 504 and the SBA 7(a) loans that are a first of their kind -- reducing the time spent producing loan closing documents from the typical 6+ hours to a matter of minutes.  The closing documents are created in Word and can be printed, saved and emailed just like regular Word documents.
